Frontier Airlines (2nd) (Denver) CEO Dave Siegel has resigned his position for “personal reasons” Siegel became the Chief Executive Officer in January 2012. Under his leadership, and new ownership, the carrier has been transitioning to an ultra low-fare airline following a similar path set by Spirit Airlines and Allegiant Air.
Frontier just recently came in last for on-time performance and and customer complaints.
Chairman Bill Franke and President Barry Biffle will take over the helm of the carrier.
